Su perfecta anatom\u00eda y distribuci\u00f3n en los huesos, tendones, ligamentos y articulaciones, nos permiten desplazarnos de forma eficiente, ya sea saltando, corriendo, girando o simplemente caminando.<\/p>\n<p>El tobillo es una articulaci\u00f3n que gracias a su movilidad y estabilidad permite que todo el cuerpo se mueva correctamente. Imagina querer hacer una sentadilla profunda o querer saltar y tu tobillo est\u00e1 enyesado sin movilidad. \u00bfC\u00f3mo crees que ser\u00eda esa ejecuci\u00f3n? \u2026S\u00ed, efectivamente ser\u00eda mala.<\/p>\n<p>El problema no s\u00f3lo se queda en el entrenamiento, sino que tambi\u00e9n afecta al rendimiento en el deporte, porque sin una movilidad correcta, la transferencia y distribuci\u00f3n de las fuerzas que necesitas para el cambio de direcci\u00f3n, la t\u00e9cnica en velocidad y el salto se ver\u00e1n alteradas.<\/p>\n<p>Existe un concepto conocido como \u201cJoint by Joint\u201d, formulado por el kinesi\u00f3logo dedicado a estudiar el movimiento humano, Gray Cook, y el entrenador de fuerza y acondicionamiento, Michael Boyle. Este concepto se basa en la idea de que el cuerpo humano es una cadena de articulaciones, las cuales se alternan seg\u00fan sus funciones primarias de movilidad y estabilidad. La compensaci\u00f3n afectar\u00e1 a toda la cadena articular. Es por esto que en el caso de que una persona refiera dolor de rodilla, siempre hay que evaluar la movilidad de las articulaciones del tobillo y cadera porque podr\u00edan ser ellas las posibles causas reales del dolor y disfunci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Existen muchas formas bastante sencillas de evaluar la movilidad del tobillo. Una de ellas es en la posici\u00f3n Semiarrodillado (Hald Kneeling Dorsiflexion), en donde deber\u00edamos encontrar un \u00e1ngulo de tobillo entre 35-40\u00ba, y se mide de la siguiente forma: en posici\u00f3n de semiarrodillado sin zapatos frente a una pared, pega en el suelo una cinta m\u00e9trica y pon tu dedo gordo del pie de adelante a 12,7 cm de distancia de la pared. Desde esta posici\u00f3n empuja la rodilla lo m\u00e1s que puedas, intentando tocar la pared sin levantar el tal\u00f3n. Si puedes tocar la rodilla con la pared, significa que tienes una correcta movilidad de tobillo.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, existe una forma a\u00fan m\u00e1s sencilla para medir el \u00e1ngulo,\u00a0<strong>Move Check de Aictive<\/strong>.
