Cada vez que nos movemos, nuestro cuerpo lo hace en base a una intenci\u00f3n o un objetivo, es decir, una funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Es por esto que, al realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n de movimiento, debemos entender que el concepto de funcionalidad ser\u00e1 el resultado de la interacci\u00f3n de nuestros m\u00fasculos; tendones; articulaciones; etc. Con el fin de producir un determinado movimiento en nuestras actividades del d\u00eda a d\u00eda o deporte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El cerebro tiene la funci\u00f3n de crear los \u201cPatrones de movimiento\u201d; est\u00e1 acci\u00f3n es responsable de integrar un conjunto de movimientos secuenciados a un solo fragmento de informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/strong>Gracias a esto, podemos ser m\u00e1s eficientes al momento de movernos, ya que se organiza y administra de mejor forma la informaci\u00f3n y se reduce el tiempo de procesamiento cerebral.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-right\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/media-exp1.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQHMMFC_AbpJIQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1634770450867?e=1643846400&amp;v=beta&amp;t=h0NbO6VTJ0RAg92KDrrimt-3YZDGVir-4oXsGoWALUM\" alt=\"No hay texto alternativo para esta imagen\" width=\"436\" height=\"350\" data-media-urn=\"\" data-li-src=\"https:\/\/media-exp1.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQHMMFC_AbpJIQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1634770450867?e=1643846400&amp;v=beta&amp;t=h0NbO6VTJ0RAg92KDrrimt-3YZDGVir-4oXsGoWALUM\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos de patrones de movimiento b\u00e1sicos son: movimientos de empuje (push-up); tracci\u00f3n (dominada); sentadilla (cuando te agachas a recoger algo al suelo o te agachas para jardinear); movimientos de rotaci\u00f3n (cuando te giras a saludar a alguien que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de ti); entre otros. Est\u00e1s derivan de movimientos b\u00e1sicos rudimentarios tempranos.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante evaluar nuestros patrones de movimiento?<\/p>\n<p>Si el movimiento es disfuncional, nuestra movilidad; estabilidad; control motor, pueden estar fallando, aumentando el riesgo de lesionar nuestros m\u00fasculos o articulaciones, incluso si estamos con un desempe\u00f1o deportivo relativamente bueno.<\/p>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n identifica los componentes alterados, y una vez hecho esto, es necesario centrarse en aquellos que son m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles o que generan una mayor limitaci\u00f3n y trabajarlos con el fin de generar mejoras y as\u00ed disminuir el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/media-exp1.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQHPKwACaMwkgQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1634770468419?e=1643846400&amp;v=beta&amp;t=n7BZyYVXGRy7QkyRINmMuHjhctJx4ZESMLT1kIcPG7Q\" alt=\"No hay texto alternativo para esta imagen\" width=\"380\" height=\"305\" data-media-urn=\"\" data-li-src=\"https:\/\/media-exp1.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQHPKwACaMwkgQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1634770468419?e=1643846400&amp;v=beta&amp;t=n7BZyYVXGRy7QkyRINmMuHjhctJx4ZESMLT1kIcPG7Q\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Si bien, los patrones de movimiento deficientes pueden demostrar un aumento en el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n con la actividad, no hay que olvidar que, los \u201cbuenos\u201d patrones de movimiento no garantizan en un 100% que no te vayas a lesionar, ya que otros factores como la fuerza, la resistencia, la coordinaci\u00f3n, la agilidad y la adquisici\u00f3n de habilidades juegan tambi\u00e9n un papel importante. Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>el movimiento es la base para poder generar patrones eficientes y arm\u00f3nicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es muy importante que se realice\u00a0<strong>la<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>evaluaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de nuestros patrones de movimiento\u00a0<\/strong>porque a lo largo del tiempo, estos se pueden ir modificando de acuerdo al contexto, al tipo de actividad (o inactividad), tipo de deporte que se realiza, las destrezas que se requieren y las molestias o dolores que se puedan sentir. Cuando nuestro cuerpo se enfrenta a un dolor, realiza un movimiento compensatorio para mantener un grado de funci\u00f3n, independiente de la calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Si logras identificar tus limitaciones y asimetr\u00edas, podr\u00e1s trabajarlas y luego potenciar ese nuevo patr\u00f3n y as\u00ed conseguir\u00e1s mejorar tu rendimiento deportivo y disminuir el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Somos seres activos en constante movimiento.
